Avoid operating the hot melt glue machine near volatile or explosive raw materials or gases. No flammable or explosive materials should be stored around the PUR glue spraying equipment. Do not operate the PUR glue machine without proper protective equipment, reliable insulation, or appropriate safety guards. Only professionally trained personnel are permitted to disassemble and service the machine during maintenance. Do not operate the PUR glue machine in environments with temperatures below 0°C or above 50°C.

It is recommended to use the hot melt adhesive machine in environments without strong or fast-moving airflow. Since the hot melt glue nozzle assembly is exposed to rapidly circulating air, excessive cooling may affect the adhesive flow rate and easily cause stringing problems during operation.
When refilling hot melt adhesive, add new glue before the melting tank is reduced to less than one-third of its capacity. This helps prevent adding glue when the tank is completely empty, which may affect normal production efficiency and machine performance.
In addition, the amount of adhesive added should not exceed 80% of the total capacity of the hot melt glue tank to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment.
After operating the PUR hot melt glue machine, do not place any unrelated objects on the machine body or use the equipment as a support platform or lifting tool.
When moving or lifting the PUR hot melt adhesive machine, only use the machine base as the lifting and transportation support point. Never lift the machine by using the glue tank lid, electrical cabinet door, control panel components, or the connectors on the heated hose as support points. Improper transportation or handling may damage the PUR glue dispensing and spraying equipment and affect normal machine operation.
