Features and Advantages
PA hot melt adhesive (polyamide hot melt adhesive) is produced from dimer acid and diamine through polymerization, offering excellent heat resistance (90–200°C), as well as strong resistance to oil and solvents. It provides high bonding strength and good toughness, making it suitable for applications requiring durability and high temperature resistance.
PO hot melt adhesive (polyolefin hot melt adhesive), based on PE, PP, and APAO materials, features low odor, good environmental performance, and excellent resistance to yellowing, water, and aging. It is especially suitable for bonding difficult substrates such as PP and PE plastics.
Application：
Polyamide Hot Melt Adhesives (PA) are used in garment interlinings (dry-cleanable), securing electronic components, automotive filters, shaping shoe toes and heel linings, furniture decoration, edge banding, and shaping electrical components. Polyolefin Hot Melt Adhesives (PO) are used in automotive interiors, food packaging, non-woven fabrics, plastic lamination, and pipe corrosion protection.
